Shepherding Well in Growth

How do we keep the personal touch with shepherding the church as it continues to grow?

There’s a myth that a large church isn’t personal. The personal touch is a cultural value, it isn’t a number.

Small groups, campus leadership, and how you do ministry are the vehicles that make this possible. People would tell you that Church of the Highlands is a large church that feels small.

What will change is you not being able to know everybody. That’s just a reality. There are church members that PC will never be able to meet but we have phenomenal church leaders who do know them.
