Pastor Chris meets with the Lead team for a full day, bring data together to analyze and reflect. Then he brings it to the entire staff team and show the full, detailed health of the church and show what 2025 initiatives/growth drivers will be and why. Ending with a leadership lesson and Christmas Party/Lunch.
