Year-End Legacy Giving Letter

Is the year-end giving letter you mail for the whole church or just those who have given?

It goes to anyone who has given, no matter the cost. This gives everyone a current giving record. The goal is for people to receive it before December 1st. We want to be on their radar before they do monthly financial planning and spending for the month and holidays.
