Worship + Teach Team - Sunday Services

Does the same tech and worship team run all the services at all the locations? For us, Christmas Eve is an important time for families and that applies to our staff as well.

Policy-based: if you work people overtime, pay them overtime. Most people are willing to work harder and get special pay for the holiday season. We also give them extra off time so they earn extra time off. 

Church has a giant ebb and flow of peaks and valleys. When you’re in church work, you have to embrace that a little bit. At the very least we work weekends. That’s a sacrifice we make but it’s not a sacrifice, it’s the joy of our lives. 

We don’t just go to church, we create the church experience for people. Christmas isn’t for me, it’s a time for me to share Jesus with the world.

For Dream Team or Volunteers serving, we always encourage people to worship one, serve one. We have a deep bench so that we’re never short on rotation with serving and our team doesn’t get burnt out.
