Outside of paying the pastors (us), who/what would be your next HIRE? Would you start them Part Time or Full Time?

You always hire your personal weakness- whatever you are not strong in, hire someone who is gifted in that area. Worship and Kids' role is imperative in the decision-making for people to hire first. Our Kid’s director at the beginning of the church was unpaid for many years by personal choice.
