      What do lead team meeting agendas look like? Do you all discuss hiring decisions in those meetings?

      Don’t make the template too hard. Lead Team is really just answering questions that 
      Pastor Chris has:
      1. How are we doing? 
      2. What are you working on? 
      3. What do you need from me?
      4. How are you doing? Tell me about marriage, kids, etc. 
       
      We don’t discuss hiring anymore, but in the early years, PC made every hiring decision. 
      PC is only involved in the hiring process if they will be a Pastor on staff. The team has 
      been empowered to hire.
