Weekly Dashboard

What metrics/dashboard do you keep in front of you weekly? What version of that do you keep in front of the rest of the team?

All team members see all the numbers and metrics (except for financials). We all know where we were this time last year, so we can compare ourselves to ourselves. 

Metrics include: attendance, salvations, visitors, giving, serving, Growth Track starting & completion, attending & staying in a group, leading a group, baptism. 

We’re working to launch a new membership engagement system so members can track themselves and keep up with their own growth.
