How did you develop, train, and keep young leaders interested in serving?
If you’re paying them, they better be motivated to serve. There is no shortcut for this. You have to pour your heart, life, and soul into this just like you would your kids. It’s no different than discipiling people, it’s a slow step-by-step process. If it’s something you do every day, it will pay off.
The only thing you need from them is the willingness to learn. You don’t need speed or perfection but you do need a teachable heart.
