Termination of Employees

What process of termination do you use for employees?

All the laws need to be followed, documentation needs to be done, don't be alone in the room, especially if it is of the opposite gender. Don't let them be surprised by it! They should know at that point that they are not meeting expectations. Unless there is something that calls for terminations immediately i.e.. Stealing etc., they should see it coming.

If it is a moral failure, and they are remorseful you can give them a second chance! Their heart dictates it.
