Staff Member + Dream Team Relationships
What steps do you take when a staff member has great results but some key volunteers complain about them? Not sure if it’s personality or something more.
If you like the staff member and people are complaining about them, do your own investigation and get to the bottom of the situation. Eer toward your team first. Say, “Let me tell you about this conversation I had. Let’s figure it out.” Work with the team member. Move people to a different role and get them in the right spot.
