Staff & High-Level Dream Team

We are noticing that there is beginning to be a natural separation between the high-level dream team and staff members because of schedules. How can we best manage that division?

Creating fellowship opportunities for both groups to interact by creating environments away from the campus, ie. a house,  and in the evenings. Ensure the dream team group doesn’t get less information than your staff if you want them to be valued more at a staff level.
