How can I keep from over-programming and being sensitive the Holy Spirit?

Keep in mind the Sunday experience is for a lost person, that is new to these environments.
We don’t want to be a distraction, but we want to create a true charismatic environment. Create spaces for extended ministry like this, baptism of the Holy Spirit, and extended worship to meet the need of those who need that. 

For example, we do this through extended worship and teaching at First Wednesday Services and Baptism of the Holy Spirit at our bi-annual Freedom Conference.
