Serve Day Ideas

What were some of the best SERVE days you remember in the early days?

1. Schools, assisted living, those in desperate medical situations, etc. Get a team of people collecting projects, talk to principals, talk to mayors, city councils, and assisted living, and let them know there is free labor to serve the community. Speak to faithful people in your church and fix up their house, build wheelchair ramps, gift needs to them (Cars, wheelchair needs, new roof, etc). 
2. Non-serve options would be to open up parks with food and games and create opportunities for fellowship in your community.
