Sermon Series - Creative Team

Could you give us an understanding of how sermon series are chosen and prepared? Specifically, the Creative Team's role in the selection & preparation process.

 Pastor Chris will meet with the Creative team regularly to // “This Sunday I’m talking about ____” and “let me tell you what the topic is about, tell me what I need to know.” 

He does that because he truly needs context. 

3 Things to Do in a Creative Meeting

1. Start by looking back. This keeps you in a growth mode by debriefing what’s been done.
2. Take a look at what’s coming – this Sunday is always coming. 
3. Get ahead. Look ahead about 3 months.
