What’s PC' sermon material filing system?

Pastor Chris uses Microsoft Word and has a folder system with two categories with subfolders. Every sermon he has ever preached is filed chronologically. It starts with the date, the series name (if applicable or message title), and the number that represent the part of the series. (For example 05-14-23 ALL IN 5)

If you want to find a sermon you had, but don’t remember the date or the series, you can type in a “ in the search bar of your folders and type a phrase you remember from that message and it will search your files by keywords to bring up the document you are looking for. 

When he has a thought, he always throws it in a document and puts it in an “Ideas” folder.
