Rapid Growth + Developing Leaders

We are growing and struggling to build leaders fast enough. Any tips?

You have to get everyone building their own leadership academy on your staff. Everyone needs to go into rapid volunteer acquisition mode. Don’t do normal small groups – develop leaders instead. (i.e. get your drummer to find another drummer, a kids volunteer to find another volunteer, etc.) It’s your job to set the expectations and give them ways to develop leaders. The best leadership training is on-the-job training (correct people along the way).
