How have you managed the demands of a senior pastor during your children's growing-up years without having regrets about missing out on so much of their lives?

Don’t miss out on so much of their lives and figure out how to get things done during times when they are busy. PC made sure to be home every day when the kids would get home from school. Try to plan travel around kids’ schedules/activities. You do have to say no to a lot. You have to make tough decisions that allow you and your staff to have time with your family.
