      Preparing for Large Services

      What Areas Do You Coach Your Teams In To Be Ready for Large Service Attendance? (I.E. Easter)

      Getting the team to all of the services. The service isn’t the focus, it’s the before and after that matter the most.
       
      Focus on the 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the service. Talk to people, high-five, hug them, meet their family. Take people to areas they are looking for. Be a host.
