Personal Leadership Lids

How do you recognize potential personal leadership lids before they become lids in your organization?

As long as you’re growing, you’re going to be okay. Have mentors and models.

Mentors – You should have someone speaking into your life in a variety of areas. Some may be people that you never meet because you are reading and listening to their books, podcasts, etc.

Models – find a church around your size or a little bigger than you and learn from them. 

You’ll never have a leadership lid if you are aware of where you are in your leadership and if you grow in those areas. If you don’t know what to give your team anymore and you don’t have leadership energy, you may need to pull in additional leaders that can pour into your team (create a Lead Team).
