They aren’t always part of Church of the Highlands. They could be family members, friends, or relationships from other churches. 3 of Pastor Chris’ personal intercessors are on staff and 4 are not. 

It’s no different from your closest team members and those that really, really know you. Over time, PC implicitly trusts these people. Personal intercessors are mature. They have a burden to keep me covered. The calling isn’t so much to prayer, but it’s to you. Keeping you safe and covered.
