Opening a Second Location

We have 3 full services - 75%, 100%, 80%. Should we add a service or open a campus?

Yes – open another campus or service. Once you hit 75-80%, you should open another service or campus. The 100% is over-full – there is no room for people to invite a friend to join them. Try using your other building. If you’re not sure if something will work, just tell the church and put a time limit on it. “From now until (date), we are going to open another service at our second location and see how it goes.” 

We have 5 service times that we can utilize (3 mornings and 2 evenings). Other churches add a Saturday night service.
