No-Hassle Promise

I've heard Highland's presentation of the connection card and the no-hassle promise. So does Highlands make no calls? Is it all email?

It’s no calls and no visits but we do email, text, and send them information for the next steps. We allow them a level of anonymity but we make the path very clear. Everything they want is in front of them.

The “hassle-free” part came from a generation PC grew up in where all follow-up came from calls and house visitation. Now people don’t want you showing up at their door. So we’re very careful with that.
