New Campus: Local Pastor vs. Stream

Regarding bringing on a new Campus, are there any of the Highland Campuses that already had a local Pastor, and it was transitioned to a video stream?

Yes, we actually shut down one of our campuses for a few months to do renovations and re-open it so that we could have video. If the worship is great, the campus pastor is great, it’s friendly and fun, and you’re not going to lose anything on the video side. 

We always have a local pastor at each of our campuses to facilitate hosting and ministry moments before and after the video stream of the services.
