When to Launch Additional Locations

When do you know it's the right time to launch another location?

There are 2 reasons for multisite 

1. To go to a new area
2. The hiving method - because your current location is too full so you intentionally plant a new location close to the existing one so that they both can grow.

1. 1. Our 3 largest campuses are 15m apart from each other. 
   2. We have 8 locations in the Birmingham area

You never want to multisite if what you’re doing right now isn’t working.
