Negativity In The Church

Let them leave—sometimes you add by subtraction. There will always be negative people - don’t pastor people that are not there and pastor the people that are there with all of your heart. 

 

Anytime there is an Exodus of people, make sure you are asking questions for adjustment. There are people who love God and want a different flavor than what you are. Getting into the presence of God and worshipping is a place we receive feedback from the Holy Spirit.
