How do you cultivate leaders to grow in their spiritual leadership?

Train them in the things that they don't know or are not strong in. Let them know that you will teach them, but there is also a certain level of personal leadership they need too.

Once you teach them how to strengthen the areas they lack in, then they are responsible for further developing it with touchpoints periodically to see if they are stuck or have any questions.
