Helping People Transition

How do you coach campus pastors on how to transition team members that might not be in the best seat currently?

Anytime you are constructing a building,  you put scaffolding up to build it, but after it's built the scaffolding is taken down. A lot of time, the people that help you start and build the church aren’t the ones who stick with you forever. That’s okay. There are some people who are gifted and called to help build and construct. Ask those around you if there is something you as the leader can do better and if it’s something that needs to be released, gracefully release them. Bless those who curse you!
