Hiring Vision
Our "vision" would be related to hiring more people... I would like to hire a Children's Director, Youth Pastor, or Worship Director... how would you articulate?
Is the church giving at an appropriate level right now? If they are, then go talk to people about investing in their church. Share the vision about your team and what you could do. Keep talking about it and don’t let them forget the importance of it. Just like if you were building a building. Show them where you’re going and why it matters.
Make sure you are “shovel ready” with these hires. Do you know who you would hire if you had the money? Do you know the exact role they would fill and how it would elevate the church as a whole if they were there full or part-time?
