      Healthy Dream Team Culture

      What do you do throughout the year to encourage a healthy dream team culture?

      Be careful with this – we are not in the process of putting warm bodies in areas where we most need it. We always want people where their gifting and calling is. If they are where they are gifted, fulfillment will be a fruit that will encourage healthy culture.
      3 C’S of Healthy Culture 
      1. Focus on the area where they contributing - When you did ____, 48 people came to know Jesus
      2. People serve for the community - we serve because we love people and the people we do it with
      3. Always celebrate what God has done
       
      When you come out of a season, celebrate how God was faithful through it. Part of the law in the OT when the Israelites left freedom was to have festivities and celebrations. It was training them to celebrate God's faithfulness.
