Dream Team Appreciation

What does Dream Team appreciation look like?

This used to take place at Christmas time, so now we have moved it around our Anniversary Sunday (February) where we will have food, entertainment, fun, and vision for the next year. We have done this since day #1. When we were smaller, we would take them out to a nice dinner to celebrate and honor them. 

The goal is to show them they are seen, known, and sharing vision with them for the future.
