In helping people find their purpose, how do you follow up after those questions?

The first thing we do is help them assess, and then you give them about 30 different areas that their gifts can fit into. From there, allow them to decide where they would like to be a part of. We want them to explore serving on a team in their area of their gifts. We allow them to shift if it is an area that their gifts don't fit into.
