Considering disaffiliating from our denomination. What are good questions for our team to ask ourselves? Issues pertain to doctrine and appointing pastors.
This requires a more one-on-one conversation regarding specific scenarios, but it all begins with doctrine and relationship. It’s hard to be affiliated with something that I don’t believe in or someone that I don’t believe loves me.
Ask yourself: is the collective mission of what my denomination stands for something that I believe in?
