How often should you meet with your direct reports (Key ministry leaders) if they are volunteers and work a full-time job?

Pastor Chris did that for the first few years of the church, and they would meet twice a month during a time that works best for them, not for you. If you can do it weekly, that’s best. It can become your small group!
