Correcting Culture

How do you correct bad culture?

You can't change culture without BEING the culture, you have to live it out.  

When correcting toxic culture, find the culture carrier and have a private conversation. You can also raise up culture carriers that best build up the culture you are trying to build. 

Telling stories is a great way to express and show culture. Instead of saying, “We are going to be a praying church” tell the story of the prayer group that meets every week and has seen miraculous answers to prayer!
