How do you give feedback to people on things that you don't like? How have you given that feedback where it's not received as a personal attack?

Build a feedback culture – we have a value of getting better. If we want to get better, we have to let people know when we see something that’s not meeting expectations. We love you and want you on the team.


If we see something, we won’t hold it back and wait. We won’t think about it and get mad at someone. If I don’t say it, I’m not thinking it.
