Co-Leading With Your Spouse

How can I co-lead my church well with my wife, when we both are strong leaders with strong opinions?

At the end of the day, someone has to make the decision. You have to decide to have the decision “power” so that when you get to a crossroads there is still unity. There is equality, but there is always a 51% in leadership. Division is where the devil loves to play.
