Team Communication Channels

What do you recommend for staff communication?

1. Utilize software, like Microsoft Teams, to communicate directly to all staff.
2. Send emails for important information. 
3. Campus pastors should meet weekly and channel some of their communication via group chat in iMessage.
4. Communication to Campus Pastors can take place through another Lead Team member. For example, if Pastor Chris is communicating something to the Campus Pastors it goes from him to the lead team member who oversees campus pastors who will then communicate to them what Pastor Chris has said. 
5. Be in the same room together as often as you can.
