Centralizing vs. Decentralizing

We have 26 campuses but one accounting team, one creative team, one kids team, etc. It’s important to have one team that makes copies for each campus. 

There are definitely benefits to centralizing things. But we have had the discussion of what we’re going to be “one” of and where we will allow campuses to be different.
