Building vs. Buying

What criteria do you use in deciding whether to build or buy a new facility? How do you find potential buildings to buy or lease?

 We have always been very patient. For our first permanent building, we waited until we found what we wanted and what we needed. 

Many pastors are rushing this process and deciding on something quickly rather than spending more time fundraising, searching, and waiting.

In every season, the team should be looking for store fronts, schools, or a larger place to rent that is sized for the next step of growth.
