What is the best way to address a board member who gets into other roles they do not directly belong to. Please address job descriptions and role implementation.
You can tell by their generosity and involvement. You need to have a conversation and you have to address it personally and privately. They probably mean to do well, so don’t state anything as a fact because you could be wrong. Say, “it feels like…” instead of stating that they are doing something as it leaves room for relationship to happen.
