Adding a Third Service

We are getting ready to go to a 3rd service as a campus. What wisdom could you share, even though a long day for volunteers, to keep culture healthy, etc.?

Don’t let your volunteers serve every service. We have a worship one, serve one policy meaning that they can participate in one and serve in one every Sunday. You need to recruit enough volunteers to be able to sustain that. The hardest part is on the pastor leading and preaching 3 times and the worship team who will play all three services. Make sure to evaluate service times and don’t spread them out too much if possible. After lunch time is really hard to make it work, we’ve tried many times to do it.
