21 Days of Prayer: Staff Expectations

During 21 Days of Prayer do you flex the team’s hours of work? And is it a set expectation that all the staff is there every morning?

We are flexible and let the staff set their own hours. Hours will typically be 6-2 instead of 9-5. There is an expectation on every staff member that they participate in 21 Days of Prayer and attend in person. If it’s physically possible for the staff to be there, they should attend. There is grace for those that can’t physically be there or have kids to take care of.

We do expect that staff participates in fasting. We don’t tell staff what to fast.
