Church Health Assessment

INTRODUCING THE CHURCH HEALTH ASSESSMENT TOOL

The Church Health Assessment offers a unique and invaluable perspective on your Sunday services through the use of "secret shoppers." Our team of experienced GrowLeader Assessors attends your services anonymously, providing you with detailed, unbiased feedback on various aspects of your church experience. They function as your eyes and ears, allowing you to focus on leading, teaching, and caring for people on Sundays.

WHY CHOOSE THE CHURCH HEALTH ASSESSMENT?

  • UNBIASED INSIGHT

  • Our experienced team provides honest and constructive feedback that you may not receive from regular attendees. They observe everything from when they arrive until they leave, ensuring a comprehensive review of the entire experience.
  • ENHANCE CHURCH MEMBER ENGAGEMENT

  • Gain insights into how your church members and visitors perceive your services. Discover opportunities to improve engagement, welcome visitors, and increase retention and involvement.

  • CATCH POTENTIAL PROBLEMS BEFORE THEY BECOME REAL PROBLEMS

  •  Senior pastors can’t see everything that happens on Sundays. Let our team help you identify operational inefficiencies or areas for improvement in your service structure, from the parking lot to Children’s Ministry security.

  • STRENGTHEN YOUR SERVICE EXPERIENCE

  • Receive actionable feedback on sermons, worship, production, programming, and other critical service elements, helping you refine and enhance your experience.

WHAT THE CHURCH HEALTH ASSESSMENT INCLUDES:

  • FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Detailed feedback on the initial experience, including parking, ingress, church facilities, signage, kids’ check-in and security, and the overall welcoming atmosphere.
  • SERVICE FLOW AND CONTENT
Observations on service flow, the effectiveness of transitions, and the impact of the worship and sermon.
  • PRODUCTION AND PROGRAMMING
Assessment of the lighting, volume, stage design, service start time and length, and additional key components of the service production.
  • VOLUNTEERS
Insights into how friendly and helpful volunteers are.
  • FOLLOW-UP AND CONNECTION
Evaluation of how well your church welcomes visitors and engages them with next steps.

Not only does the assessment provide detailed feedback on your strengths and areas for improvement in multiple areas, but it also includes an overall health score and customized recommendations. This health score measures various data points to evaluate current vs. optimal metrics and reveals areas that need more focused attention. Our team will review each report and share a strategic growth plan so you walk away with clear next steps.

The Church Health Assessment is a one-time payment of $5,000 plus the travel costs for a GrowLeader Assessor to do the onsite church visit.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

We don’t know what we don’t know, and anything that might be hindering us from reaching people for Jesus, we should have someone help us find out what that is and help us get better at it.
