The Grow Network is a free training tool that any church can use. We do require a monthly attendance number to be reported online in order for your church to remain an active member.
A membership into Grow is free. Our goal is to provide you and your team with all the resources you need to help your church grow.
Your membership includes full access to the Resource Site and all Trainings.
Our online library includes training documents, children’s curriculum, design templates and much more. This site is available 24/7 to resource you and your team.
Open to members only, Online Trainings provide interactive dialogue between your leaders and our Church of the Highlands staff for specific areas of ministry. The online trainings are the place where we answer questions, in detail, with practical applications, and real-life examples.
Through One-Days, Regionals, International Intensives, and the Leadership Intensive, Grow trainings provide a one-of-a-kind experience for you and your team. You can learn more about these trainings, in detail, under the Trainings tab.
In your membership application, you can choose who on your team will have access to the resources offered in Grow. Team members can be full-time staff, part-time staff or volunteers. Everyone on your team has access to attend the training events.
At Church of the Highlands, we focus on four things: Weekend Services, Small Groups, Growth Track and Dream Team. The training Grow provides is primarily centered on these four areas but also includes specific areas of ministry training such as children’s ministry, worship, production, pastoral care and more.
After you complete the membership application, you will receive a welcome email, which includes information about how to access the Resource site and get your team involved with all that Grow offers.
